1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Invoice or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)
  • Personal hygiene products

3. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for size or defective products. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for faster resolution. We will replace or refund the product at no extra cost.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost is usually borne by the customer.
  • If the mistake is from our side, we cover shipping charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (only return allowed).
